Der SUB 800 A ist als aktiver Subwoofer mit einem 15" Lautsprecher, aktiver PowerMax Stereo- Frequenzweiche und eingebauter Endstufe konzipiert. Mit dem SUB 800 A können Fullrange-Systeme, beispielsweise mit PowerMate oder Mixer- Endstufenkombination auf einfache Weise zu einem aktiven Stereo 2-Weg System mit Subwoofer ausgebaut werden. Der SUB 800 A kann aber auch parallel zu der vorhandenen Anlage, als druckvolle Erweiterung des Subbereichs verwendet werden.
